LOL...no, actually this isnt one of those things that "taste like chicken". It's really good though. The first time I tried it was at an arts and crafts festival. It was alligator on a stick lol. They had it on a stick just like they would a corn dog and it was really good. We don't go out to eat seafood much because the kids don't really like it that much and it's a buffet and it's $10 each and I'm not paying $10 for each of the kids for them to sit there and eat a piece of fish and a few fries. But when the arts and crafts festival starts, I'm there getting my alligator on a stick!! LOL!!
